BidorBuy's Dubious Dealings

I've used the BidorBuy marketplace as Merchant (seller). Once my store was setup, I immediately started making sales however I noticed that bidorbuy was **********ly charging a "success fee" for orders that were not successfully placed / paid for by buyers.

This meant that each time someone clicked to purchase an item but did not complete the checkout /payment process I was charge a "success fee" which is a large percentage of the product's selling price.

This happened so frequently that despite me selling and making a profit, bidorbuy invoiced me to an extent that they expected me to make payment to them.

I've been trying for months to get them to reverse these ********** charges to no avail. I'm shocked that they operate in this manner, it's simply not ethical.

I've removed all my products from my merchant store and will be terminating my account as soon as I'm refunded.
