BidOrBuy's BUYER's PROTECTION IS JUST A LIE

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR BUYERS PROTECT. ITS A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY. Had an issue with a seller sending me a faulty graphics card. Sent an email to the claims department which then puts me in contact with the seller like I hadn't already tried that. BidOrBuy does not want to enact their so called buyers protect.
