BIDORBUY Useless service and *****ing my money

I ordered a product on Bidorbuy on 7 July and by 24 July I still had not received anything even though I had paid my money. When I tried to reach Bidorbuy they took forever to get back to me. When they eventually did they said that they would arrange a refund because the seller had \gone out of business". I duly sent me details and to date (3 MONTHS and MANY MANY CALLS TO BIDORBUY LATER) I have still not received the refund and also received no feedback from Bidorbuy. Bidorbuy needs to be responsible for letting poor suppliers on their website and as a client of Bidorbuy (not the supplier) I demand recourse from Bidorbuy.
