Bidorbuy to Pay back my money that was paid and never received the goods..

I Paid bidorbuy R11230 for a cellphone Samsung galaxy note 10 plus that was advertised on bidorbuy. I paid the money on the 22 March 2020. I got all the notifications that the money was received for order number ***9. I got the Tracking number and on 25 March 2020 I got a mail that said that all the orders are being recalled and that I must contact bidorbuy for a refund of my money. I contacted bidorbuy and they told me that the money was already paid to the seller and that het must refund my money. The seller said that he never received the money. Now there is a dispute between bidorbuy and the seller and no one wants to pay my money back. They have a dispute and now I'm in the middel of it all and no one can tell me what is being done to refund my money. This is really ver poor Customer service that I must struggle to get my money back. R11230 is a lot of money for me and I can not loose that money. Bidorbuy and the seller must sort it out and pay my money back. Someone must give me feedback and sort everything out and pay my money back....
