Bidorbuy terrible service

<p>Bought an item on bidorbuy website from the seller Tertia Butler - ********** on the 26/12/2016. She sent me wrong order and I returned the item. She confirmed receipt of the item and promised to refund me in January 2017. Until today 06/04/2017 I haven't received my money, she plays hide and seek telling me money was deducted in her account and will wait for the funds to be cleared in her account.</p>
