BidorBuy take no responsibilty for items purchased
I purchased on 08/09/2014 a NEW SPACESAVING LOFT BED WITH STORAGE STAIRS on BidorBuy and proceeded to pay the R4,875.00 the next day.. <br><br> Company Name: West Coast Family Enterprises<br><br> I have NEVER received the Bed purchased and BidorBuy say that the claim will not be processed as the order was placed on the 22/09/2014 under the new buyer protection programme, and the seller was not Verified.<br> How is this possible that BidorBuy wipe their hands off something that is sold on their website and then say I must try and get the money from the seller? HOW DO I DO THIS IF I DONT HAVE MONEY TO GET A LAWYER INVOLVED TO SUE THE SELLER... I have been in contact with BidorBuy and the seller for 4 months with NO REFUND OR SUCCESS. <br> I WANT BID OR BUY TO GET MY MONEY BACK AS I MADE PAYMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR AN ITEM I BOUGHT ON THEIR WEBSITE. We do apologise for the difficulties you have been having with regards to the seller WCFE and assure you that we will do our utmost to assist you in this regard.
At present, the business (WCFE) has been sold to a new owner who will be either refunding or completing the orders of all of all buyers who have been affected. This will be done as soon as the Company Registration has been completed.
We have not wiped our hands of this issue and have been updating customers as soon as updates become available, and will continue to do so until such time as the matter is resolved.
Once again, we apologize for the negative experience you have had with this seller, however, I assure you the matter will be resolved soon.
