Bidorbuy Sydgo

I placed order on 26 March 2020 for IR thermometers. The company is Sydgo manged by Sydney and Tertia Butler. I contacted them on several occasions and they kept on referring to post office customers service as if i bought the goods from ppst office. They gave me a tracking number but post office it can't find the parcel. I contacted the seller by email again and their response was " , please phone ***with your tracking numbers, your order is at JHB mail center, the delay is on the SA side, the above SA postal services tel. number will be able to give you estimated deliver to your post office as per your address as well as location of your parcels + SA tracking issued to international tracking numbers."

I contacted Bidorbuy but still no response. We are surely not protected from these ********** sellers.
