"bidorbuy" sucks and supports counterfeit products

I bought an item on "bidorbuy" where the "bidorbuy" buyer protection banner was showing and this stated that the buyer is protected on everything bought under a certain value. I bought counterfeit software and when wanting to claim the ********** transaction the fun started. Low-and-behold when I lodged a complaint I was informed the small print EXCLUDES certain items. Isn't this the top form of misleading advertising and shame on "bidorbuy" for misleading people. IN THE FIRST PLACE IF SOMETHI NG IS NOT COVERED WHY THE HECK DO YOU DISPLAY THE BUYER PROTECTION?? "bidorbuy" even allows the seller to continue selling counterfeit products and are surely part of this **** operation!
