Seller called StockHauler23 utilizing BidorBuy to sell his items - DO NOT BUY FROM HIM! Bought a kitchen mixer tap from him, when we installed the tap it sheared in half as the steel in tap is well below min quality. When queried his response was that the plumber must have been unqualified and refuse to refund. When queried with BidorBuy via their ticket system they refused to assist. Rather save yourself the money and buy from a local store that supplies guarantees on items bought. BidorBuy buyer protection statement is not worth the breath. Rather avoid utilizing their services as you will end up paying twice for the same item.
