BidorBuy shocking "new" website - don't bother, you will pull your hair out

Absolutely shocking. They took a very basic website that worked and changed everything. Instead of having hot keys that take you into our own listings instantly, you have to scroll right to the bottom of the site to "find" buying or "Selling" - no "Log-in" hot key. I have complained multiple times have had two generic answers in over 8 days, and now most of my listings have expired and no way of getting to them. I have seen multiple complaints from their customers advising that they are also struggling to get in. What the hell. Now is the time to open up in opposition you will make a killing, this service and website is a no-go zone, and forget about help desk!
