BOB has this **** service they call buyer protection, watch out!! they do NOT have your back buyers. i bought 2 laptops, completely dead, as in nothing works. The seller is a ***** and bob is protecting the *****. Seller said parts can be used for spares or be repaired and that is not the case, like i have stated the parts are all dead and can't be used for anything. :((
