BidOrBuy Rating Shame

Rite lets brake this down.

I am an active account holder on www.bidorbuy.co.za this is used for buying items from their website. I spend a lot of time on Bid or Buy and believe me I am a true supporter of Bid or Buy, in saying this I always use Bid or Buy. No other web service. I tell everyone that I meet about using Bid or Buy and this website is awesome.

I spend a lot of money on Bid or Buy, so it takes all my shopping time, really it takes me a lot of time sourcing my items that I buy. I have a company where we develop systems for our clients out of all our equipment sourced from Bid or Buy.

Now a couple of times I run into a situation like I will spend time looking for items, finding items and then booking all my equipment/items with one company, this makes it like I support that seller and I score a bit on delivery and hell come on let’s face it it’s cool receiving one delivery and your whole order is there. Now with all of that said the complication I experience is Sellers advertising items on Bid or Buy and indicating that they do have stock. I then place the order and THEN submit immediate payment. Okay so that is all good and fine.

The next thing that happens is the dumb idiot of an seller notifies me that they don’t have stock, then you cancel the order and request an refund. This the usually means that the specific seller idiot receives a bad rating.

Bad Service = Bad Rating

For me this means that we have a true system whereby we can use Bid or Buy and rate Sellers performance based on their PERFORMANCE so that we can inform the next Buyer on what the track record is with this Seller.

Guess what happens next right after the bad rating this dumb C complains to Bud or Buy, files an SNC (Sales not Completed) and the bad rating is added to your account so now you look like a C. Bid or Buy then removes (Forcefully Removes) your bad rating and clears their slate for that purchase.

How is this secure or fair? How do we know that a Seller is an C? If Bid or Buy does not keep their Rating system true how can we then know that their service is true??? The answer is = We Can’t.

And the tail end to all of this is that you did nothing wrong, the seller committed ***** by teling you that they do have stock and then don’t, you are the one just because of staying true to Bid or Buy that waits now for 2 – 3 days for the refund, and that is only after you sent death threats to the seller. THENNNNNN after the SNC the stupid company will remove your rating to the seller’s profile and when you talk to Bid or Buy they feed you a bunch of Bull of Management says that the seller and the buyer needs to sort things out before ratings ***, are you serious *** serious.

The RATING system is there so that we can rate their performance, and **** Management. If you remove one more of my ratings I will never use you again and I will endeavor to move all my friends and clients to some other service, your rating system is an sham and it can’t be trusted. And if you think this is something I will be putting this all on YouTube and that will stay there till the end of days.

My Fellow Citizens, do not trust Bud or Buy, their Sellers or their system it is an Sham.

I call on all my Fellow Citizens to start using better services one that can stay true and assist you when you are being treated unfairly.
