BidorBuy Playing dirty with their sellers by keeping all proceeds from sales! Theft?!
I'm a seller. Asked for my payout account details to be changed has resulted in BidorBuy completely ignoring my requests to do so for 90days running.
From my interaction, BidorBuy is unwilling to provide proper service. We spend hours on calls and emails, but there is no service.
As a seller, I see no point to sell on this platform as you can't get your money out. The BidorBuy system has become so problematic that it's not worth the effort.
From my experience, I'm beginning to ask if it's their intention to de***** sellers and keep all the money for sales on the platform.

11 Aug 2021, 20:07BidOrBuy staff are useless! So I've literally been having 2months of calls with Bidorbuy where support agents request a call and ask that I confirm the change in bank account. Except when I do, they either hang up or don't action on it. BidorBuy has literally gotten stuck on an FNB account that has not existed for more than 60months. It's as if they are actively looking for someone to give them a whipping.
If you're considering to use them for a seller account, just save yourself the hassle and use another company! BidOrBuy is acting in a highly irregular way here.
At this point the only conclusion I can reach is that they are actively being ********* by allowing users to sell through their platform and then *****ing all the proceeds, not just the fees. Very disappointing. Watch out, BidOrBuy the wheel turns, and you'll soon be out of business!
