BidorBuy order number : ***5 Inhouse Emporium - runaway with our money (R18,899)

On the 23/05/2019 I bough an l Couch from Bidorbuy that cost R18,899.00 the order was subsequently delivered around the 21 June 2019 but we realise that the delivered corner couch is to big and that could not fit our launch and the spot it was agreed with the seller to take back the couch.

It was taken back and we were then provided with a loan couch. We went back o=and fourth with the seller with regard to delivery of the correct size couch the matter was escalated to Bidorbuy to report none deliver on 07 August 2019 and the we were told that they (Bid Or buy) wont be able to assist since the payment to this order was more than 30 days and that we reported 30 days after this payment was made. On the 18th August 2019 a n acknowledge debt was send to us by the said supplier who gave us to option of we settled with the refund option where the first instalment of R1730.00 commencing on 05 September 2019 to date we have never received any money nor is the supplier is responding the calls
