Bidorbuy only cares about the money they get and claim to be offering buyer protection cover which is a big lie,Thumbs down bidorbuy thumbs down!I as k for my refunding that is all

Hi,I bought an iphone 5C from the seller through bidorbuy platform on the 15th of January 2021 and i deposited an amount of R1099 into bidorbuy account.after depositing the money i discovered that the seller had sold the item to someone else and was already given the money i paid for the item.I then wrote to bidorbuy to contact the seller for a refund because at bidorbuy,there is a buyers protection that the buyer is covered for up to R2000 which if the buyer buys goods and the goods are not delivered and seller refuse to reimburse the money,then bidorbuy pays back the money on behalf of the seller.The seller was reluctant to reimburse me the money and it has been a little while,hence bidorbuy was also sending the seller messages demanding the seller for a refund without success,now i asked for bidorbuy to reimburse me the money i had lost through them and they have benn sidestepping me since inception,i contacted them and spoke to different customer service consultants and some who treated me with respect and some who were selfish and showed no eagerness to assist me recover my money.Bidorbuy claim to be offering buyers protection minimum cover of up to R2000 but i have never enjoyed any of that,Thumbs down bidorbuy,Please assist me get my refund.Thanks
