Bidorbuy not complying with their own term and conditions

On 9 July 2017 i bought 2 Transcend hard drives from bidorbuy seller Geewiz. I made an immediate eft for my items to be delivered as soon as possible. The seller Geewiz advertised the products in stock at their warehouse. To my dismay a day later i was notified by Geewiz that the items i bought was no longer available and they refunded the Eft but not my banking costs that was my lost. I contacted Bob to sort this problem out as it was against their tems and conditions referring to their t&c section 4 and 6 and their listing policy section 13 that clearly state that no seller is allowed the list an item that they don't have in stock and that the sale have to be completed. I even referred to the Consumer Protection Act as stated in their t&c's. Their reply to my complaint was that no action will be taken against the seller as he said they were sorry and the banking costs I incurred was my problem and my time waisted. If I didn't comply to my part a SNC would have been filed against my name. Sorry but that is the worst service i ever experienced and if that is the way bob see the people who support them its a sad day. I am certain i am not the only person who was treated this way as there was 5 other buyers that weekend that bought the same item that i did. It is time for the people to stand together against this kind of treatment and if bidorbuy do not rectify this i will campaign for a company like media 24/ Takealot to start something similar to stop the monopoly bidorbuy have and i am sure they will stick to their t&c's as so far i only received excellent service from Takealot and guys like Loot.
