Bidorbuy no way to go!

I bought items from bid or buy 16 January 2021. The money was substract from my account. The transaction was for R9849.50 but an amount of R10306 was subtract. And still the transaction shows I still have to pay. I did send several email to the seller who only forward the email to bid or buy. I did send emails directly to bid or buy as well with no response!!!
