Bidorbuy no refund

I have placed a order, paid via credit card payment, order was cancelled by seller notify me that bidorbuy have to do refund, I have sent numerous of emails even 6 months bank statements showing no refund. I only received rude attitudes saying it's out of their hands the account department will pay when they can. This was in March no refund so I tired of asking.
