Bidorbuy is just a ***** arrangement

I bid for something on Bidorbuy and won the bid, i instantly paid literally 5 minutes later and guess what 31days later im being told about customs and seller not reachable. Apparently the seller requested a payout and was given his money. I have emails of the seller who advertised delivery in 30 working days, saying Bidorbuy was holding on to his money. now 30 working days have passed and the seller has been paid........HOW ***** CAN THIS BE?? I opened a ticket with Bidorbuy on November 7, why go ahead and pay the person??
