BidorBuy is a *****!

BidorBuy does not want to release my funds claiming i have not sent supporting documents. I have sent them supporting documents at 06h22am today and got no repsonse. I proceeded to call their call center and the lady (Mary Ann White) said she did not receive anything, and gave me an alternate email. I sent the attachements again. She claims to not have received them. I thought maybe my email was not working so i sent myself a copy on my other email, which i did receive. So my emails are working fine. I then went on LIVE chat to try to get help. this same person keeps repeating the same thing we spoke of on the phone. She claims she cannot receive anything and therefore cannot process my payout. This is beyond disgusting!!!!
