Totally useless - please fire everyone, they don't deserve a job. Working from home the recorded message says - Working?? REALLY?? Amazing that if they're at home, they can't answer a call that in any other normal business that's also working from home would be able to answer. 6 times on one day and 4 times the day after and ZERO answer to any calls regardless of which option you choose. Your website has been down "For Maintenance" for over 3 days now. Nobody checking this regularly to see that you actually do have a working website?
