Bidorbuy has no loyalty towards its sellers

Absolutely terrible service from Bidorbuy! I have over 110 Positive reviews on bidorbuy from both Buyers and Sellers. I have always been able to sell on bidorbuy and receive the payouts before shipping, I was able to provide buyers with great service due to the cooperation with bidorbuy. Until my last 3 sales where Bidorbuy did not want to process the request, I had bidorbuy refund the buyers as I was not able to complete the sales without the payouts from the system. In an email a Bidorbuy emoployee stated that all fees and funds would be reversed with the request of a refund to the buyers. Although now bidorbuy is arguing their case that I agreed to the terms and that they don't need to reverse the fees.

This is ridiculous as one of their employees said to me in an email that the fees would be reversed.

an Employee also stated that the issue would be investigated but the matter was dismissed within a working day without any information as to what the investigation resulted in. Only got told to pay the fees for an order that was never processed because of an fault on bidorbuy side.
