Bidorbuy has no customer service, bought goods not supp**** by seller

Worst customer support service possible. I bought an item from Simply Shopping via a bid, paid them promptly and received a 5 star rating back. I then received a tracking number from Simply Shopping for Fastway Courier which does not appear on their website. Simply Shopping claim that they are having problems with Fastway and are trying to deal with it BUT they are making no effort to ship another item. They have offered to refund me but I am definitely not giving my credit card details to them and besides, this was done via a bid which means I got the item at a good deal. It’s been 3 weeks now and I still have no idea if Simply Shopping is a **** or not, I’ve complained to Bidorbuy but they are putting their heads in the sand. I will not buy anything from Simply Shopping again, they have made no attempt to resolve the matter with me, just a load of BS about courier problems.
