Bidorbuy has no customer service

I'm very disappointed in bid or buy. I order a product on their website. Paid for it by EFT and got a notification of received payment.

But THAT'S IT!

Since I placed my order I haven't heard a word. I tried chatting and emailing but only got an automated response.

So the money is in their bank account but I have nothing but frustration to show for it!

I really need this product before Christmas, but there is no progress or customer service what so ever!!!!
