BidorBuy has Low-Quality **** Products!

I never thought BidorBuy would stoop so low as to allow Chinese low-quality and **** products to be sold on their platform. I recently bought a media player on BidorBuy and the Seller, JAY UNO, had the worst customer service I ever experienced. The product stopped working within 3 days. After complaining I was sent another product which equally stopped working. I was only refunded part of my money after two weeks of to and fro. BidorBuy could not resolve the issue and just left me hanging. Don't buy products from BidorBuy. Rather use Takealot or just walk into Makro or Game.
