Bidorbuy fails to deliver

Terrible service, where the service consultant who claims to a a "supervisor" slams the phone down in my ear when I ask him to call Metroberry, who was paid for a product and now fails to deliver. No emails are answered, Metroberry doesn't answer their phone. No tracking number, no supposed emails as claimed by this rude supervisor.
