Bidorbuy failed to protect buyer

I bought a lense at bidorbuy from company called sik liquidation centre order number ********** 2, only to find out the zoom is not working. i notified both sik liquidation centre and bidorbuy(Ticket ID: WBC- ********** 1), but i didnt get any help. All i want is for the for the seller to fix the zoom or refund the money. i have been buying from bidorbuy for years and i never expected this kind of service
