Bidorbuy don't protect their buyers interest, it's all about ********* sellers.

I bought a laptop from a bidorbuy seller on the 15th May for R8k with additional shipment insurance etc. The item was delivered and almost immediately started having issues. As it was sold with a 30 day warranty, I reported this to the seller (via whatsapp, sms, email and on portal) and was ignored. I escalated this to Bidorbuy as they offer assistance in such matters as well as a buyer protection. This happened 3 weeks ago and I've not heard anything from Bidorbuy in more than a week. They also keep on promising that a manager or team lead will contact me to no avail. Why would anyone buy on bidorbuy if their buyer protection means nothing.
