BIDORBUY DISASTER

My first purchase from them turned into a nightmare. My parcel "was on the way" but I was then advised it had been returned to the warehouse as "THEY COULDNT LOCATE ME". Trying to get through to the courier company is impossible, and I have given up. I have requested a refund from BidorBuy and waiting for the outcome. The only sensible person I dealt with there is Thabang, the Teamleader. No more BidorBuy for me!!
