Bidorbuy charging fees for sales that did not take place

How is it possible that I am being charged a success fee for items that have not been sold Yes buyers made payment and Bidorbuy refused to release the payment for the wedding dresses and due to the time left to make the dresses I requested that the buyers were refunded

They were refunded in full no transaction took place but I am still being charged a success fee

No reply to my emails

Surely you can only take a success fee if the purchase was finalised

This is no fault of the buyers as Bidorbuy did not want to release the money in time for the wedding dresses
