Bidorbuy (CEO Craig Lubbe) No Payout - Shame on YOU

Pathetic, shocking, ***********, to say the least. I have been a Seller on Bidorbuy since September 2009 and now when I requested a payout the message says, "payout suspended". So I called them and was told if the item is more than R3000 I have to wait until it is delivered and that a rating is given before I will even see any of my money. I can't even request a payout for items that were sold after the initial issue as the item from the 1st issue has not been delivered yet, and they won't payout ANY other money from transactions after that even though I have a near perfect rating on bidorbuy. I have never ever "not shipped" an item yet I am treated like a ******** and *********. Their community watch team is just as pathetic as the Bidorbuys system and simply refuses to help or even make contact. I have been waiting for calls. I don't know what this CEO Craig Lubbe is doing in his position but he is running bidorbuy into the ground with its high fees, success rate fees, and poor customer service. At the end of the day, Bidorbuy always wins and the rest of us must suffer. SHAME ON YOU CRAIG LUBBE, SHAME ON YOU BIDORBUY.
