Bidorbuy buyer protection warning

Anybody reading this has to fully understand Bidorbuys buyer protection. Ir works like this. You buy something, and it's not delivered. You ask for a refund from Bidorbuy and they merely request a refund from the seller. The seller replies saying they will process the refund when they get around to it. A month later you still waiting. Now, because the seller is communicating the fact that they NOT going to refund you anytime soon, its all ok and Buyer protection does not apply. For buyer protection to kick in, the seller needs to stop communicating.
