Bidorbuy allow rips off artists to get away with non-compliance to the rules and terms

I have been a seller for the last year and everything went along rather smoothly because I stick to the rules and give good service. This last week they had there R18 specials for their birthday celebrations. After a week of trying, I finally managed to buy an apple peeler on Friday evening and went through the checkout as per prompted. It ended with a blank box saying just OKAY. I assumed this was in order, but when it came to paying on Monday morning, I found the item in my cart with the words NO LONGER AVAILABLE. What's with that? I asked customer service and was told I was not fast enough in checking out and that it was given to someone else! How can 2 people BUY NOW at the same time I ask. They dont care and I actually wonder if ANYONE managed to get an R18 deal. I think it was a ******* to gain page hits. The reply to my disappointment was "Sorry, but is there anything else I can help you with?" They honestly do not care, and I for one will support another auction online if one opens. I'm fed up! They take the side of the buyer every time except when they have a promotion. Then it's just tough luck. I am very disappointed in BIDORBUY! and have withdrawn a lot of my items for sale. I will be posting this on social media as well seeing as they do not respond to complaints.
