BidOrBuy a *******'s platform

I bought an item on the BidOrBuy platform from the ******** known as ReliableStore. After paying for the item, I tried to reach ReliableStore and after 15 failed attempts, I asked BidOrBuy to reverse the transaction because I was ****med on their platform. After 3 days of nagging and about 6 telephone and online chat sessions, BidOrBuy eventually agreed to reverse the transaction. That is when the nightmare began.

I had to sit on them like a tick on a dog's ear to get my refund processed. It is now a full week later and the refund is still not processed. I have had a total of 7 online chats with them in the last 2 days alone. I don't know if my refund will ever arrive because every day I am told by the next day.

This is going to be my last purchase or dealing with BidorBuy ever. They facilitate online ******** and ***** through their platform and their processes are geared to frustrate their customers with continuous delays and the utter incompetence of their call center staff.
