Bidorbuy a horrible experience

really really bad horrible company. I tried to register my seller account with them a week ago. I sent in all my required documents and it took them a whole week to reply by saying that I am indefinitely revoked from ever registering on their website as a seller because I had a previous account with them that had negative reviews. The thing is I never had an account with them before. Completely stupid website with dumb staff,
