Bid or buy your admin is pathetic.

I have been trying to get hold of someone at bid or buy for 3 weeks they don't answer their phones or emails another fly by night happy to take your money organisation. Bought something from them but made a fault of paying 2 times for it now nobody return my calls or emails to process my refund. Pathetic I thought you were more professional than this.
