Bid or buy will not help buyers against 99.999 % sellers even though they ransome you out of your money .

Sale ***0 . I paid a seller for an item I won on auction 4 days within winning it explaining I had difficulty checking out the item . Seller Clint from diamonds forever responds rudely as if I'm wasting his time . 3 weeks later no delivery and no reply I justly have him a negative rating and he reply immediately, although apologetic he requests a 2 week ext and offers a partial refund , seems nice enough but I renegotiate the deal and ask for a higher refund but never demanding it is a negotiation after all the seller declines and accuses me of ******ion and never wants to deal with me again telling me I'll be refunded but doesn't do it . Sending this complaint to bid or buy they don't seem to interested in helping as the sellers 99.999999 % makes him right for handling me so disrespectfully and he can ransom me for the cash I paid over . More than a week later of this falling out and demanding bid or buy call me back and asking what's the consequences for the matter and why the seller handled me so abruptly his 99.9999 rating entitles him to and only then does he pay back the money . I explained to both parties that I bought an engagement ring and they really ransomed me and ruined an experience I had planned but no one cares . Bid or buy and diamonds forever really made me cry to get my money back and only after mentioning that monies taken and goods not supp**** or refund given is theft then I received refund . Utterly disgusting from both sides.
