Bid or Buy *****s money

On the 6th of Jan I paid for a cell phone ordered from Invens which they claimed to have in stock. After 2 days of excuse emails Invens said I must cancel the order with BidorBuy, which I did. On the 12th, 13th and and 15th of Jan the Customer Service Consultant Nkosinathi Phakathi sent me the the identical email saying that my refund was "pending to be processed". Today I receive another email saying, "A reversal of funds was processed today on your order. Please be advised that it may take 7-21 days to for the funds to reflect in your account, you would still have to allow time."

What exactly have they been doing for the last 16 days? The false advertising from Invens was bad enough but this is appalling service. This was the first time I have used Bid or Buy and will be the last. ***********, useless and dishonest to say the least.
