Bid or buy ****?

I had a bid on an item which clearly stated only 1 per customer and bid increments min R 77,00 Then this customer comes along, ups the bid by R2 and buys all 10 items. I lodged a query UOA-***9 and contacted their"support" The operator informed me that she did not know how to help me and I must wait until the next day when possibly someone could. I explained to her that the auction was ending that day. She said there was nothing she could do about it and abruptly ended the chat. I tried again today and while we were busy the chat abruptly ended again. It seems to me that the time that they take to answer a question is long on purpose because they know it will time out. So don't waste your time and energy bidding on an item. The rules are not the same for all of us.
