Bid or Buy's Buyer Protection is a SHAM

Bought and paid for 4 cameras from seller \HappyDeals\". 1 Camera's charging port is not there, 2 camera's batteries don't last longer than 20 minutes even though advert says 1.5 hours, 1 camera is completely different to the others inferior software and smaller screen. After nasty arguing with HappyDeals I contacted Bid or Buy - WHO HAS BUYER PROTECTION - they instructed me to send cameras back, which i did. HappyDeals has my cameras and money, Aladdin from BidorBuy decided that I can have half of my money back. Obviously this is not acceptable and I want to take this matter to small claims court BUT Bid or Buy are PROTECTING THE SELLER and ARE NOT giving me any info on the seller. I have a postal address and a cell phone number which does not work. HappyDeals is a \"verified\" BidorBuy seller! They have his details but \"refuse\" to give them to me! Even their manager Atie promises to help and sort things out, promised to phone me back a week ago, still nothing. Tried to phone Atie and my call gets \"screened\" and \"blocked\"."
