Bid or Buy protects ********** Sellers on website

The problem that I'm experiencing with bid or buy and Infinate Shoppng / Fahion CS is not resolved yet. I have sent an e-mail to Mandisa Shabangu on 2016-03-09 in reaction to Infinate Shopping's e-mail that was unacceptable, and have not received an answer from bid or buy yet. I must say that this is not what I expected from bid or buy. They are giving me the impression that complaints about \fly by night\" sellers on their website are swept under the proverbial rug. I have been buying watches and watch spares on e-bay for years and years now, and they would have refunded me a long time ago. This just goes to show why we as consumers should never use South African websites such as bid or buy in the first place. They do not provide any customer protection like the real websites out there like e-bay and Wantitall etc. "
