Bid or Buy Poor Service

Absolutely despicable company. My review is about being a seller on the platform. They provide absolutely no protection on the sellers part. To many times have i lost money to this money hungry platform. When a costumer submits a refund/claim for a item witch was in perfect working order when it left my possession now doesn't work or is faulty (3 Weeks Later), I need to refund immediately or my account gets blocked with all my funds in the account. When you say that the item needs to be inspected first before a refund can be made, it is no refund only. All though many times the item comes back working 100% and the customer just changed his/her mind. You then loose your R180,00 advertising fee along with sale success fees. You then have to resell the item and pay these fees again. I find this very unfair and dishonest. There is only buyer protection even though they make there money from the sellers and on top that charge an arm and a leg to sell on the platform. I have been trying to make a living with this platform/service, But this does not seem to benefit me at all anymore.
