Bid or Buy not trustworthy

I have bought an item on bid or buy with one of their approved suppliers , after a full month of waiting for the product I still have nothing to show for my payment. After sending an email to the supplier and then get advised the supplier does not have funds to supply me with the product and is waiting for income to pay for my order to be made. I have sent multiple emails to the supplier and bid or buy for a refund and i am being ignored. I have been ****** of my money , this is exactly what it is.
