BID OR BUY NOT PAYING OUT SELLERS NEW RULE

I'm very unhappy with Bidorbuy at the moment! I've been a registered seller with them since 2009. I sell high valued items and all of a sudden they don't pay me out as a seller, before my client confirmed receipt of their item. No notification of this was send out before hand to me as seller. And I feel that I'm not sending out a product to my clients if I don't have the money in hand. I've been a good seller, with good reviews and all my clients get's their products!! This is unacceptable.... How can you treat your loyal clients like this????
