Bid or Buy loyal seller treated like a ********
BidorBuy constantly suspending my seller account and payouts without valid reason. No positive assistance from either customer service or community watch. Any assistance only positive towards buyers. They don't listen to reason and are totally unresponsive to the sellers needs. As long as they get their share of the sale and to hell with the rest. Sending out my orders are delayed and sometimes canceled due to this issue. As usual they won't respond. They give a damn Being treated like a ******** for being a loyal seller that is BidorBuy philosophy.

28 Jun 2022, 11:09Tried to resolve the issue with BidorBuy online customer service just now. Explained the issue that I need my funds to be released so that I can send out my outstanding orders. They responded that that I need to send out all my outstanding orders before releasing my funds. How do I do that without money and they still refuse to payout my funds. No response any further and just ignoring me online. They don't care about your issues or problems.

Tried to resolve the issue with BidorBuy online customer service just now. Explained the issue that I need my funds to be released so that I can send out my outstanding orders. They responded that that I need to send out all my outstanding orders before releasing my funds. How do I do that without money and they still refuse to payout my funds. No response any further and just ignoring me online. They don't care about your issues or problems.

28 Jun 2022, 22:24The issue with my payout request has still not been resolved and now they are waiting for my customers to complain about not receiving their products. Eventually those complaints will turn into Refunds and Negative Ratings. Instead of just releasing my funds so that I can send out my products.
I have been a Seller on BidorBuy since 2010 and this is the treatment I receive, being treated like a ******** for my own money.
Even a ******** gets a fair chance to state his case, something that I am denied by BidorBuy.
Meanwhile I still don't have money to send out my orders, damn I don't even have money for food.
Told them my whole soppy story and guess what, they don't care.
This is a developing story. Stay tuned
