Bid or buy - Kaspersky product key

I ordered a Kaspersky via bid or buy on 1 June. the same day they send me the product key and i loaded this, then in middle October this stopped working and from then on i am sending mails to get this up and running again. *** *** send them in October, 4 /11 snf 7 Nov still no help and still Kaspersky not working. this was a product key for one year and i already could not use for 4 months - dont know what to do to get this resolved, i always use kaspersky but will but this was the last time would not use again as no feedback are given - also logged on kaspersky web no help
