A few months ago I purchased a good from a Bid or Buy seller. After 2 months waiting and countless emails because the food was never received, Bid or Buy mentioned that because of the seller low rating they had sanctioned him (they informed me only after countless emails). On the reimbur*****t process, out of ZAR924 that I had paid in good faith, I’ve received, 4 months down the line, ZAR80 (there were some charges in the transaction that they said it’s not their responsibility, and refuse to give me my money back).
