BID OR BUY guarantee is false

I use Bid or Buy for one reason only. they havea Guarantee 100% I bought a sony playstation 3 paid it as requested i paid BID OR BUY. When the client requested more money (as itwas a ****) i immediatly informed BID OR BUY who informed the client that they wont pay until goods are sent. I spoke to the client who requestedreease of funds , and i told him no until goods are sent. Bid or buy a week later sent him the money. despiteall this And now state they only cover R1000.00 and the rest i must claim from the seller myself . The whole guarantee is a ruse they make money on sales and dont care about the rest please be careful and aware, there is no real protection
