Bid or Buy double standards!

Sold an item, item was at speed services counter day and half later after payment received. Buyer waited over a month to pick up item and then gives negative rating. Bid or Buy taking his side allowing him on comment to call me names and to lie about not receiving item. Item is awaiting pick up. Bid or buy wont change his rating or comment. I as seller that did nothing wrong must take the punch! Terrible would not recommend!
