bid or buy dont know what they are doing

Someone on bid or buy downgraded my account for no reason and the consultant i spoke to told me it had been downgraded because a debit order bounced??? I checked my account no debit order went through at all as if anything bounces I get a notification from first national bank and in any case there was funds in the account. She told me to reapply for advance seller status !!!!! I then phoned finance she couldnt find anything wrong and told me she would phone me back - half an hour later still nothing. So i spend 30 minutes on the line trying to get hold of community watch - no reply. ran out of airtime ..... I then went back to the online consultant and Elvis sorted for me. But I am damned annoyed as I run a shop on bid or buy and get treated like this with no apology or explanation as to why this happened????
